Thanks to the New York Comic Con, we’ve got the first trailer for The X-Files season 11 and, you know what? It’s really impressive! I was already excited about one more adventure for cult legends Mulder and Scully and with Season 10’s mini-season being a little hit and miss, it feels like the show-runners have taken all that on board for one final exploration into the unknown.
Obviously David Duchovny and Gillian Anderson are back in their famous roles and according to the trailer, so is Mitch Pileggi‘s Walter Skinner, William B. Davis‘ Cigarette-Smoking man and… is that a Lone Gunman?! Fox are surely set to pull out all the stops in what could be the end for everyone – It just has that air of forever finale for me, alongside rumours that Anderson is making this her last X-Files.

Aliens, the search for their son, conspiracies, experiments… I want it all, and it’ll be all ours in early 2018 – Watch the trailer now! *points below*
The secret lies in the X-FILES folder. Find out the truth when the X-FILES returns all-new in 2018 on FOX, with the UK channel TBC but last time around it was Channel 5 – See my episode reviews of Season 10 by clicking here.
