Written and created by The Killing’s Nathaniel Halpern, it starts its life on the streaming service 3^rd April but has an exciting twist to proceedings, in which the visuals and stories are based on the art of Swedish artist Simon Stålenhag.

I love a good mystery box, throw in a slice of sci-fi and add another dash of the curious – and you’ve pretty much enticed me in. Tales from the Loop appears to be right up my street, no bones about it, and this visually exciting and cryptic first trailer has pretty much got my upcoming Prime Video interest… immediately.

Starring Rebecca Hall, Paul Schneider, Daniel Zolghadri, Duncan Joiner and Jonathan Pryce, Tales from the Loop takes us off into the ether to explore the town and people who live above “The Loop,” a machine built to unlock and explore the mysteries of the universe – making things possible that were previously only connected to science fiction.
