Directed by Gil Kenan, and co-written with Kenan and Jason Reitman, this is a beaut of a teaser for Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire, which finally takes us on a new adventure and it looks huge as well – mixing up a bit of The Day After Tomorrow survival with GB, plus the supernatural.

I never thought I’d see more Ghostbusters films in my older lifetime, past those originals, but I’ve enjoyed them all and now we’re developing the ‘world’ of GB and, obviously, oh yes!

While I genuinely loved the nostalgia of Ghostbusters: Afterlife, I felt it replayed a bit too much of the central story from the original 1984 movie but… that’s just my opinion, and it didn’t lessen the emotional impact. With that in mind, I’m looking forward to a new adventure (and let’s be clear it’s also for a new generation) as Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire goes straight for the underlying climate change storyline, and I’m here for it as well!

This time around, the Spengler family returns to where it all started – the iconic New York City firehouse – to team up with the original Ghostbusters, who’ve developed a top-secret research lab to take busting ghosts to the next level.

But when the discovery of an ancient artefact unleashes an evil force, Ghostbusters new and old must join forces to protect their home and save the world from a second Ice Age…
