This is a film that’s been subtly on my radar for a while, as it’s putting together a wide selection of favourites of mine, so this entire film is already playing into my zone, for sure! Throw in a really intriguing, and spoiler-free, teaser trailer full of ideas and imagination, so there’s hopefully a lot to look forward to for The Life of Chuck.

Adapted for the screen and directed by Mike Flanagan, this a genre-bending story based on Stephen King’s novella about three chapters in the life of an ordinary man named Charles Krantz, played by Tom Hiddleston. The film also stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Karen Gillian and Mark Hamill, alongside an ensemble cast that includes Jacob Tremblay, Matthew Lillard, Mia Sara and Nick Offerman.
