I’m fresh out of the stunning finale of Severance, Season 2, and bringing out the marching band for the confirmation of Severance, Season 3, direct from Ben Stiller and Apple CEO Tim Cook!

From the deliciously creative minds of executive producer and director Stiller, never forgetting writer, creator and executive producer Dan Erickson, we’ve all been on one hell of a ride with Lumon, and I don’t need to delve into the details of what’s happened – especially as it’s only just aired, and Reddit can help you if you need a deeper look – but suffice to say, it was exceptional. And that last moment? It made sense. Hoorah!

Starring Adam Scott, Britt Lower, Tramell Tillman, Zach Cherry, Jen Tullock, Michael Chernus, Dichen Lachman, John Turturro, Christopher Walken, Patricia Arquette, Gwendoline Christie, Sarah Bock, Ólafur Darri Ólafsson, Sandra Bernhard, and even the legendary John Noble, I always go on about being lucky enough to see Severance before its original release and it blew me away, and it deserves all the plaudits – which continue to come.

Season 3 was confirmed in the manner below, and scroll down from comments from the cast and crew!

Stiller said:

“Making ‘Severance’ has been one of the most creatively exciting experiences I’ve ever been a part of, [and] while I have no memory of this, I’m told making season three will be equally enjoyable, though any recollection of these future events will be forever and irrevocably wiped from my memory as well.”

Mr Adam Scott added:

“I couldn’t be more excited to get back to work with Ben, Dan, the incredible cast & crew, Apple and the whole ‘Severance’ team… Oh hey also – not a huge deal – but if you see my innie, please don’t mention any of this to him. Thanks.”

Creator Dan Erickson also commented:

“The idea of getting to make more ‘Severance’ with the greatest cast and crew on Earth is more thrilling to me than all the world’s finger traps combined. I can’t wait to continue spreading woe, frolic, dread and malice with these truly incredible people.”

Severance is executive produced by Stiller, who also directs five episodes this season in addition to directors Uta Bresiewitz, Sam Donovan and Jessica Lee Gagné.

Severance, season one and two, are streaming now globally on Apple TV+
