Whether you’ve been hanging around Slough House with the Slow Horses since 2022, or are new to the world in the couple of months *looks at self*, there’s a lot of excited anticipation for Season 5, as Gary Oldman’s magnificently messy Jackson Lamb and his dyfunctional, yet affective, team return to Apple TV+ this 24 September!


In season five, everyone is suspicious when resident tech nerd Roddy Ho has a glamorous new girlfriend, but when a series of increasingly bizarre events occur across the city, it falls to the Slow Horses to work out how everything is connected. After all, Lamb knows that in the world of espionage, the London Rules – cover your back – always apply.
Today, we’ve got a sneak peek clip to share – which offers just a little insight of what’s to come and also an introduction to some new characters, for Season 5, which is adapted from “London Rules,” the fifth novel in the CWA Gold Dagger Award-winning Mick Herron spy series. Alongside Oldman, the series also stars Kristin Scott Thomas, Jack Lowden, Saskia Reeves, Rosalind Eleazar, Christopher Chung, Aimee-Ffion Edwards, Ruth Bradley, James Callis, Hiba Bennani, Tom Brooke, and Jonathan Pryce, along with Nick Mohammed joining the ranks, which you’ll see….
