Here’s some unsubtle aging, I saw the original 1996 masterpiece in the cinema but those were the days before mobile phones, online booking and – well, the internet as it is now, sure there were bits and pieces around but I think this is one of the few franchises that’s actually progressed with the world around it. Let’s waste no time on nostalgia today though, this is the first trailer (and more good stuff down the page) for Scream (2022) (or Scream 5 in the timeline) and it’s spine-tingling to have everyone back!
Directed by Ready or Not’s first-class duo Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett, and written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick, SCREAM is set 25 years after a streak of brutal murders shocked Woodsboro, but a new killer has donned the Ghostface mask and begins targeting a group of teenagers to resurrect secrets from the town’s deadly past. Returning to their iconic roles are Neve Campbell, Courteney Cox and David Arquette, plus a host of new blood in the shape of Melissa Barrera, Kyle Gallner, Mason Gooding, Mikey Madison, Dylan Minnette, Jenna Ortega, Jack Quaid, Marley Shelton, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Sonia Ammar.
HERE’S THAT TRAILER – And head to our FB for more photos!! Scream is out in January 2022 and it’s always someone you know…
