It’s New Year’s Eve 1999 and there’s a party ahead, if these three mates can get tickets – Watch the excellent trailer for Reggie Yates debut feature PIRATES now!

Now this looks like a lot of fun, possibly of those classic features, as it’s got all the right chemistry in this first trailer for PIRATES, from Picturehouse Entertainment.

Opening on 26th November, PIRATES is the debut feature from Reggie Yates and stars Elliot Edusah, Jordan Peters, Reda Elazouar and Kassius Nelson. Taking us back to London at the turn of the millennium, it’s New Year’s Eve 1999 and we’re about to re-enter the world of the 90s garage scene, Moschino fashion and a positive nostalgic journey, which also features music from the likes of PIRATES features music from the likes of So Solid Crew, Wookie, DJ Zinc, Sunship, Scott Garcia, Hardrive, Scott Garcia, Ms Dynamite, Peven Everett, plus DJ Luck and MC Neat.

Yates’ film follow three best mates in the shape of Cappo (Edusah), Two Tonne (Peters) and Kidda (Elazouar), whp are trying to break into the music scene through Pirate radio. The film follows the boys as they drive their Peugeot pumping a live garage set from the stereo and arguing about their Avirex jackets and Naf Naf imports. As the 18-year olds step into adulthood they know their lives and friendships are on the brink of change. Determined to see out the century with a bang they drive from place to place in a desperate search for tickets for the best millennium party EVER.
