We all know Dune: Part One was extensively impressive, it worked in scale and world building, and now this trailer feels like Director Denis Villeneuve took all that knowledge from his growing and captivating filmography, and has now gone full Christopher Nolan in scope and styling for Dune: Part Two – and the point here? We’re really lucky to have both Directors pushing the boundaries of what we can see on the big screen in this era of filmmaking.

I’m not underselling it when I say the minute this trailer kicks off, you’re already going “I need to see this on the biggest screen possible” and if that’s IMAX, then there’s no mercy and this look is more than convincing enough to see how it’ll work at that level, let alone the monster cast the size of a giant sandworm! This time around, your synopsis:

Paul Atreides unites with Chani and the Fremen while seeking revenge against the conspirators who destroyed his family. Facing a choice between the love of his life and the fate of the universe, he must prevent a terrible future only he can foresee…”

Starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Rebecca Ferguson, Josh Brolin, Dave Bautista, Stephen McKinley Henderson, Stellan Skarsgård, Charlotte Rampling, and Javier Bardem, plus newcomers Austin Butler, Florence Pugh, Christopher Walken and Léa Seydoux, here you go:

Dune: Part Two opens in cinemas 3 November from Warner Bros
