Has it really been just over two years since we slunk down into TATE Modern tanks for a marvellous Loki Season 1 event? Why yes, somehow it has!
Of course, so much has happened since then – and in the MCU – but Loki’s got something on his side, or has he? That vital thing is time, and Season 2 sets us deep in the aftermath of where we were left, as Loki finds himself in a battle for the soul of the Time Variance Authority.

Alongside Mobius, Hunter B-15 and a team of new and returning characters, Loki navigates an ever-expanding and increasingly dangerous multiverse in search of Sylvie, Judge Renslayer, Miss Minutes and the truth of what it means to possess free will and glorious purpose…. how things have changed!
Season 2 of Loki stars Tom Hiddleston, Sophia Di Martino, Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Wunmi Mosaku, Eugene Cordero, Rafael Casal, Tara Strong, Kate Dickie, Liz Carr, Neil Ellice, with Jonathan Majors, Ke Huy Quan and Owen Wilson.
No stranger to playing with time, I’m also very eager to see what Justin Benson and Aaron Moorhead have to bring (you’ll know them for the likes of The Endless, Synchronic and recently Something in the Dirt), as well as Dan DeLeeuw and Kasra Farahani (both of which know the MCU very well) who are all directors for the six-episode series.
