Watch the trailer for Lisey’s Story starring Julianne Moore, written by Stephen King and coming to Apple TV+

You know when you start reading up on a new TV series or film, and everything just screams ‘Yes Please!‘, well, today we’re sharing the trailer – and a first look – at Lisey’s Story, the highly anticipated limited series based on the best-selling novel and adapted and written by author Stephen King himself, and we mean every episode, will make its global debut on Friday 4 June, exclusively on Apple TV+, here’s your trailer

The cast is exceptional as well, with Julianne Moore leading, alongside Clive Owen, Joan Allen, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Dane DeHaan, Ron Cephas Jones and Sung Kang. It’ll be an 8-episode Apple Original, that initially offers the first two episodes on its Premiere, and then a new one every Friday – I love it when you have to wait, it’s like it used to be!

Lisey’s Story is a deeply personal, pensive thriller that follows Lisey Landon (Moore) two years after the death of her husband, famous novelist Scott Landon (Owen). A series of unsettling events causes Lisey to face memories of her marriage to Scott that she has deliberately blocked out of her mind.

The series is directed by Pablo Larraín, and is backed by J.J. Abrams’ Bad Robot Productions and Warner Bros. Television. It’s streaming from 4 June!
