With the return of cinemas and the sheer joy of that experience, you know you can’t go wrong by taking it to the next level with IMAX!

With that in mind, they’ve just announced that the highly anticipated Black Widow from Marvel Studios will debut with 22 minutes of select scenes in Expanded Aspect Ratio (EAR) exclusively in IMAX this 9th July in the UK. Several scenes of the movie have been specially formatted exclusively for IMAX cinemas, allowing all of us to fully immerse themselves in the movie with the massive screen at 1.90:1 aspect ratio.

It’s been a long-time coming and while the TV series have kept us entertained – head here for all our coverage on WandaVision, The Falcon and The Winter Soldier and Loki – this is the first movie in Phase Four of the Marvel Cinematic Universe which stars Scarlett Johansson, Florence Pugh, David Harbour and Rachel Weisz and is directed by Cate Shortland – and looks amazing!
