Stephen Graham has been rightfully gathering plaudits more frequently over recent years, and he’s deserved it for even longer, and Boiling Point looks set to be another masterclass from the man if this intense, professional-kitchen-‘one shot’ film trailer is anything to go by!
Opening on in UK and Irish cinemas on 3rd December from Vertigo Releasing, Boiling Point stars Graham as Andy Jones, Head Chef at a top London restaurant, a man who is also battling debt, addiction and an imploding personal life, which is made even more intense when health and safety turn up on the busiest night of the year, the last Friday before Christmas.
Directed by Philip Baranti, and co-written with James Cummings – which is based on Baranti’s BIFA award-winning short – the film also stars Vinette Robinson, Hannah Walters, Jason Flemyng, Ray Panthaki, Malachi Kirby, and more – check out the trailer:
