Netflix’s Stranger Things confirms S4 air date and final season announced by the Duffer Brothers

Every Ending Has A Beginning

It really feels like, and kinda was, a different generation when we watched the first season of Stranger Things over that opening July weekend in 2016, and here we are 6 years later, still very excited but also appreciating this announcement from creators the Duffer Brothers. Not only does it confirm the air date for Stranger Things 4, but it also gives us an open letter over where the current ST world will conclude…

Today, we’ve got you a great selection of new posters for S4, which represent the four locations featured in the upcoming season, the air dates (just below) and the official synopsis! Season 4 stars Winona Ryder, David Harbour, Finn Wolfhard, Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, Noah Schnapp, Sadie Sink, Natalia Dyer, Charlie Heaton, Joe Keery, Maya Hawke, Priah Ferguson, and Cara Buono, Brett Gelman, Jamie Campbell Bower, Eduardo Franco and Joseph Quinn.

It’s been six months since the Battle of Starcourt, which brought terror and destruction to Hawkins. Struggling with the aftermath, our group of friends are separated for the first time – and navigating the complexities of high school hasn’t made things any easier. In this most vulnerable time, a new and horrifying supernatural threat surfaces, presenting a gruesome mystery that, if solved, might finally put an end to the horrors of the Upside Down.

Stranger Things 4, Volume 1 premieres on May 27, and Stranger Things 4, Volume 2 premieres on July 1, only on Netflix!
