The finest The Addams Family film is Barry Sonnenfeld’s 1991 adventure, and I adored it as a kid, so I’m looking forward to this series, and with the scale of Tim Burton‘s creativity, and a fun cast, it comes to Netflix on 23 November, which is perfect for a winter series with more than a twist of all the right darkness.
This new featurette offers an inside look at Burton’s work on the upcoming series, Wednesday. This is Tim’s first live-action show and also – believe it or not – his TV directing debut! The short behind-the-scenes exploration makes me think they’re happy with what’s been created, as we hear from the director himself, showrunners Alfred Gough and Miles Millar, plus talent Jenna Ortega, Catherine Zeta Jones, and more!
