If you either grew up with the best Looney Tunes cartoons, or have forever embraced the gorgeous chaos of Who Framed Roger Rabbit?, then Coyote vs. ACME is already on your list! Newcomer to both these things? You ain’t seen this before!
Featuring, aka starring, some of animations best characters, Coyote vs. ACME focuses around the story of the forever-beaten-down Wile E. Coyote, a chap who’s been blown up by explosive ACME products for decades while on his quest to catch the continually uncatchable Road Runner.

The film meshes live action and CG/animation as Mr Coyote teams up with lawyer Kevin Avery (Will Forte) to fight back against all his woes. But ACME, a shifty company if there ever was one, has its own powerhouse defence attorney in the shape of Buddy Crane (John Cena), who is determined to silence Wile E. and Kevin forever more.
Also starring Lana Condor and the voice talents of Eric Bauza, director Dave Green offers up a genuinely fun trailer, and while I heard this one nearly never saw the light of day, I’m looking forward to it finally getting out into the wide open space of cinema:

The film is produced by James Gunn and Chris DeFaria; with a screenplay by Samy Burch, based on an article by Ian Frazier, plus an original score from Steven Price.
