Watching a film outdoors is one of the absolute perks of the summer, especially in the evenings! Previously held in Northernhay Gardens as Big Screen in the Park and also Princesshay, this year they return and it’s even closer to home as Big Screen in the Garden invites you to Exeter Phoenix’s neighbouring garden at The Royal Albert Museum (RAMM), a short hop up the slope from Gandy Street!

Exeter Phoenix is known for delivering “One of the best outdoor cinemas” (The Guardian) and this year will be no exception with four favourites from Studio 74, taking place over four nights, for some of the best cinema under the stars. This year we will sing, and we will dance (well, you can if you like) and discover that the best stories happen when the sun goes down.

Expect to be swept up in the films you love in new and surprising ways, with extras still to be announced, and live surprises on the night. As well as your movies, you’ll be able to enjoy fresh pizza as Soul Pizza, who can usually be found serving up slices across South Devon from their truck or at Pixy’s (Phoenix’s sister bar on Gandy Street) who will be ready to take your orders, with Bar Nova awaiting your refreshment needs.
