Robin Williams was to me, as he was to millions, an absolute and genuine icon growing up and one of the true geniuses in entertainment of the modern era. While I admire so many talents in the world of film and TV, Robin is up on another level for me, both as a comedian and as a human being, he was truly a unique soul.
This new documentary, Robin’s Wish, is set to finally tell us the truth about his final years and the struggle he had with the difficult-to-diagnose brain disorder Lewy body dementia, which in turn led to his desperately sad suicide in 2014.

Directed by Tylor Norwood, the documentary is set to feature his friends, loved ones and more, as they open up to share stories of a great man. It’s described as an ‘intimate portrait of Robin Williams and his invulnerable spirit, Robin’s Wish is the story of what really happened to one of the greatest entertainers of all-time – and what his mind was fighting.’
