Let’s start with a hit of honesty, I don’t think I’ve ever quite been moved by a trailer like I just have for Jurassic World Dominion, it’s epic AND beautiful, my word Colin Trevorrow, what are you about to do to us?

I still class 1993’s Jurassic Park as a defining moment in my young life, a point of growing up, of realisation, of dinosaurs coming to life at a time where I fricking loved all those things, and Steven Spielberg‘s iconic film has never lost its timeless nature, or place in my youth with a whole host of good memories and meanings.

So, yeah, this is a big thing and astonishing really, sure it’s a long trailer (and don’t forget about the class prologue as well) but the excitement is clear, it looks pretty darn epic and it’s also generational – Written by Trevorrow and Emily Carmichael, Jurassic World Dominion will be the conclusion to the Jurassic era as two generations unite for the first time, aah! It stars Chris Pratt, Bryce Dallas Howard, Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum, Sam Neill, DeWanda Wise, Mamoudou Athie, BD Wong, Omar Sy, Isabella Sermon, Campbell Scott, Justice Smith, Scott Haze, Dichen Lachman, and Daniella Pineda, it’s out in UK cinemas from 10 June and – well, enjoy:
